Mullvad is one of the more expensive VPN with 5 flat per month most other vpn are around 1-3 per month so yeah…
mullvad also isnt small as you see on many platforms they also Resell the VPN to mozilla and malwarebytes.
They have money because they dont pay blogs, youtubers (influencers) to push the sales they dont need ads its just the best VPN service on the market.
Guess what will happen when TikTok is banned in the US? I’m pretty sure many TikTok users will start using VPN and they may remember the Mullvad advertisements.
It’s quite unfortunate. Means more of its IPs will be flagged and all of us will need to do more capchas

Unlike many other companies that are just looking to make more money like NordVPN family, they are actually working to educate people.
They actually invest so much of their profit in such things instead of paying various youtubers or review sites to write fake reviews for them.
I really respect them for that!
This way they are making people think about their digital and online privacy!
The only concern is all the advertisements cost boatloads of money. Again with what is happening in Texas and other states, and TikTok, there may be greater interest in VPN’s.
If it generates more sales, Great. If it does not, then the leadership may be tempted to cut corners which could mean loss of a little or a lot of privacy. Which is not what we want.

Running a VPN is extremely profitable specially if you rent a lot , upkeep is minimal
