Can the off campus students access the boiler TV service streaming via Purdue vpn?
Do you have a way to VPN into the campus internet? If not, that’s something you would need to ask ITaP about. Once you’re on Purdue’s internet, there’s no password for the actual BoilerTV ondemand site (If you’re in a large lecture hall or another academic space, ITaP may have blocked it along with sites like netflix, etc.)
The Apogee stream2 app only works while on campus. The on demand movies should work if you VPN in - although I had trouble am and checking in on the vpn

Are you able to use cisco anyconnect? That is working for me.
