Yes. Still doesn’t work.
Not a VPN but currently on vacay outside US and it still not working. So I assume it’s based on where you said you’re from on the app, rather than location tracking.
Doesn’t work sadly. You could download opera or DuckDuckGo and then use vpn. Use the browser to visit TikTok. You can’t search anything sadly. But you can scroll through random content.
You have to go on TikTok on desktop with a new account/logged out. You can transfer that data to that new account.

I tried with a VPN and it works if you use the website, but not with the app. Also, you can’t be logged into your account.
On desktop using a vpn?
