You can use the internet even after the internet cut off .(Doesn’t work with operators,you need specific wifi).PotatoVpn is available on both Android and IOS but you need Myanmarlink,Welink,MBT wifi or Ananda.It has a time limit but if u turn it on like 1 mins before (UDP server)the internet’s cut off time you can use it for a few hours.I purchased PotatoVPN+ so I can just open it for the whole time.When your phone says that your wifi is not connected to internet don’t do anything.You can still use it.I’ve been testing this for a few days it really works.I wanted to post this on Facebook but if they see my post they can ban the vpn.I personally recommend to purchase the premium version so that you don’t have to worry about time limit
