I am trying to get my ratio up I see many peers sometimes 300 and then I connect to 0, 1 or 2 most of them stay inactive. and some downloading have the same problems with seeders having 10 and not connecting.

BitTorrent is really a mystery protocol, it has some checks and balances, I’ll suggest two things,
For the people in the future are you discussing sharing on a Private or a Public tracker?
You can check your advance settings (do some research around the options) and tweak accordingly for it to be more aggressive for seeding as well as downloading.
All public trackers btw please someone invite me to private tracker.
r/OpenSignUps prove your worth on some basic trackers and the invites will be following, after you’re reliable it’ll be a waiting game for the requirements.
P.S on trackers that matter, individuals will not invite you as they are responsible for your behaviour and may incur penalties on behalf of your actions such as loosing their accounts, be good, make friends, grind the user classes
