Firestick or vpn problem?

I am in the UK with a US amazon account on my firestick and use nord vpn to watch prime video. This has been no issue for years. However I now get this message. It works fine on my android phone so don’t think it’s the vpn, but wondered if anyone has had the same issue? I’ve restarted, deleted data, logged out and back in etc etc but to no avail. Any ideas? Thank you.

Try changing the protocol on Nord on the firestick to OpenVPN(UDP). Should be under app settings. Got a lot of internet connection problems using Nord on firestick last few months, changing the protocol fixed it for me. Hope it helps

Yes! Having exactly the same thing and I’m in the UK too. Think it is Nord as I tried disconnecting and launched the Amazon Prime app again and it worked. I’ve tried obfuscated server and that doesn’t work. At a loss of what to do too. I think Nord had an app update recently but I didn’t update it. Not sure if I’ve got the latest version now or not (or even where to go to check to be honest!) so maybe if I’m not on the latest version, that’s causing the issue?

Anyone had any further thoughts on this? Amazon definitely have tightened the net surrounding VPN usage as it wouldn’t let me watch Neighbours yesterday on my iPad without first pausing Nord for 5 minutes. It was fine again after that. I might try split tunneling on the Fire stick to see what impact that has.

i have the same problem, accessing prime video india from ireland. tried all the protocol but nothing worked.

also have tunneling on, so turned off and tried and on and tried but no luck
