Running windows 10. Certain apps such as xbox game pass for PC, Chrome, Overwolf mod manager, etc wont complete downloads unless I have a VPN turned on. They download like 2%, then fail, but on chrome for example i can keep hitting retry until it finishes completely. Xbox game pass app doesn’t finish at all, it’ll make it to about 79% then fail and never move from there.
The only way to finish these downloads is run through a VPN, then it downloads fine with no errors.
Other apps like steam are not affected, everything installs fine through that.
