CyberGhost getting worse and worse

First they took away access to the servers, you could see how many connections there were to each server in a reigon, you could test and try them, pick one with a lower ping.

Now you cant see any of that, and the past 2 weeks I cant even get internet through the server in my country. I used to connect at good speeds, very close to the same speed as my ISP and now i get about 2% of that or any region, specifically the servers i have been using for years.

I went to the website to try contact them about my issues, there is no obvious tech support link on the page my account is on.

Pretty pissed off really. What am i paying for… It’s virtually useless now.

Yeah, Cyberghost is not worth the money.

Support is part of you paid for, so it’s weird that there is no link. In my android app in settings there is a button “report a problem” - I guess that’s it

I agree. Their network is very poor. I can connect to a server maybe 70% of the time, but most of those connections are dead connections, particularly during prime time. Once I connect to a live connection, speeds are good, but some days it’s not possible to get on anywhere in the U.S. I don’t understand how it gets good reviews on the ratings websites, unless they conduct their reviews based on a single brief connection.

I’m on PC and looking in the app and website.

There is a send feedback button. You can click on a manage account button. Inside there is a “Support” button that takes you to a small FAQ.

Thats nothing for contacting someone to ask whats going on.

DO NOT RENEW. It’s totally unusable for me now. I’m sure it’s not far off or everyone else either

I’m gonna look for another one.

I know for sure a huge percentage of these VPN’s are all under the same umbrella, probably the same VPN with a skinned app.
