Depends what things your app checks. TikTok for example, checks IP address and SIM region, so you need a vpn and disable/change your sim in order for stock TikTok app to work in banned regions. Or you could search if there is a modded ipa that removes region lock

Unfortunately I dont, but you could try to find ‘kwai mod ipa’, ‘kwai ios tweak’ etc on google. If doesn’t exist you could try requesting on r/TweakBounty
