Checkpoint vpn does not open, It should display a menu asking for my user and my pass, but nothing happens, I use this program for my internships at the Port
First, did you try a reboot?
Does nothing happen or does a “window” at least appear in the taskbar?
Contact your internal IT team. This is what they’re paid to do.
When I click connect it should pop up a window asking for my username and pass, the program was running normal a few days ago I don’t know why it randomly stopped working
They always say the same sht “U need to format the pc entirely” … kinda extreme, since this computer Run every program correctly without problems but that VPN, that’s why im here lol since I trust more the redditors than those guys from the it team
If you click connect does there appear an icon like a running program in the taskbar? If so click it and press and hold the windows key while clicking around with the arrow keys to bump it around the monitor. Maybe it’s stuck outside of the desktop. I had that happen with some programs.
Try restarting the windows Checkpoint Point Endpoint VPN service.
