when my phone does this on sites i use a vpn for some reason it fixes it you should try it out (i use thunder vpn but im not sure if its for ios)
does this happen to any of your other sites?

I’m guessing your browser is not powerful enough to handle a big server like Ponytown BUT I’m not sure. You could try getting the app?
i’m on an iphone… it’s not working on my ipad 
just a small update! it’s an issue with my wifi (i’m with plusnet) and i figured it out because i tried using my DATA! i love ponytown i am so happy it’s working now
