Guys please what is it . Can’t use proton because windowsdefender is not letting me use it it’s probably dangerous that’s why most vpns aren’t oppening for me.
Proton VPN is the best, and it causes no problems with windows defender for me. Are you sure you downloaded it from the right site?
Do not use any free vpn except proton. Free vpns are mostly malicious. If you are only trying to access geo restricted content you can use cloudflare warp. But note that it won’t grant you privacy nor anonymity.
You can deploy your own free vpn server. Oracle is providing always free virtual machine on their datacenters and you can install openvpn or wireguard.
There are lots of videos on youtube.
opera browser has its own vpn integrated within
I use warp, I’d recommend it
Brother I understand but I have to there is just no other way. It’s sad how add shaming on apps has hidden those old vpns who would just show adds for the time
Vpns does not work with netflix anyway in case you want it to watch its stupidly region locked series
Pls show me the tutorial
That’s chinese spyware though
Since when? VPN’s totally work with Netflix.
You can search on youtube like “wireguard vpn on free tier oracle cloud”
Please find a link below.
oh i had no idea but honestly who cares abt it when everyone has easy access to our information anyway?
Since the day i subscribed to it, Kaspersky VPN, Avast Secureline VPN and a few other free “vpn” services (including proton) which none of them worked
Lets not even talk about how proton used to waste 70% of my cpu resources, an i5 13600K
This is exactly why everyone has easy access to our information
whats done is done hun, me taking my precautions wont change a thing (though i still do despite all sht thats been happening), cope with it
It is not Chinese spyware like TikTok. There’s also a bunch of false information that’s been circulated that they were involved in Qihoo’s 360 Browser, which DOES have invasive telemetry, but those claims are completely untrue. Opera is headquartered in Norway and develop their clients around Europe’s GDPR user data protection laws.
They are a publicly traded company and would not risk being caught doing something nefarious. You can find more in the video about Opera by SomeOrdinaryGamers, where this issue is discussed: https://youtu.be/ihnJt6nFXZY?si=oxt1eO1FG9__MY_t&t=1890
Thank me later
Oh wow so opera vpn is at the same level as proton. Thanks mate
Where did I write that?
